These terms explain how A1 CMS is provided, what we each agree to, and how we handle billing, data, and acceptable use.
A1 CMS is designed for service teams and businesses that manage client work, billing, and support. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these terms.
Plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel based on the plan terms shown at checkout.
You agree to pay invoices on time. Overdue balances may result in limited access until resolved.
We provide support through the portal and respond based on plan tiers. We aim for strong uptime but occasional maintenance or outages may occur. We will communicate planned maintenance when possible.
A1 CMS and its underlying software are owned by A1 CMS. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active and in good standing.
You may cancel at any time per your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, security risks, or violations of these terms. You can request data export before termination where possible.
We provide A1 CMS “as is” and do our best to keep it stable, secure, and available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by circumstances outside our control.
