These terms explain how A1 CMS is provided, what we each agree to, and how we handle billing, data, and acceptable use.

Who can use A1 CMS

A1 CMS is designed for service teams and businesses that manage client work, billing, and support. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these terms.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping admin credentials secure.
  • Assign roles carefully and review permissions regularly.
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and billing

Subscriptions

Plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel based on the plan terms shown at checkout.

Invoices and payments

You agree to pay invoices on time. Overdue balances may result in limited access until resolved.

Your data

  • You own the data you upload or create in A1 CMS.
  • You grant us permission to process that data only to provide the service.
  • You can export data from your tenant using standard tools.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use A1 CMS for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data.
  • Do not disrupt the platform’s performance or security.

Support and uptime

We provide support through the portal and respond based on plan tiers. We aim for strong uptime but occasional maintenance or outages may occur. We will communicate planned maintenance when possible.

Intellectual property

A1 CMS and its underlying software are owned by A1 CMS. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active and in good standing.

Termination

You may cancel at any time per your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, security risks, or violations of these terms. You can request data export before termination where possible.

Limitations

We provide A1 CMS “as is” and do our best to keep it stable, secure, and available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by circumstances outside our control.
